I like Laguna Woods. Buying a property in it, though, turned out to be a conundrum. The information I received was very confusing. Then I found Tina Chao. Realizing that I was totally ignorant about buying a co-op unit, Tina very patiently explained to me the requirements and the procedures, even before I became her client. As my agent, she paid a lot of attention to details, and was more concerned about the security of my personal information and my interest as a buyer than I was. She also provided a lot of helpful information about the neighborhood: where to shop, to eat, to have fun, what available services I would find useful and what problems I should watch out for as a new resident. I am very grateful for Tina’s involvement in my purchase, and have patted myself on the back a couple of times for making the right decision to call her. Knowledgeable, responsive and responsible, I would recommend Tina to anyone interested in buying a property in this city.

From the very beginning Tina Chao was totally organized. Through the whole experience everything was handled in a timely manner. Inspections were scheduled and she was here to make sure everything was done in a timely manner. She returned call and e-mails immediately. We used DocuSign which made the process so much easier. Tina kept me totally informed as to the process and any issues that need to be dealt with. I would highly recommend Tina Chao to anyone thinking of selling or buying a property.
